All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification are obtained or after confirmed payment from any other payment option.

Orders generally take up to 7-14 days to be made in our workshop.

Due to the production time, orders are shipped within 7-14 business days.
Once we ship your package we will send you an email with a tracking number so you may monitor the status of your package online.

Custom and Duty Charges

Products shipped outside of Europe be obligated to charges enforced by local regulation.

It is the buyer responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim.

Therefore the recipient of the products is responsible for all customs and import duties required for the export of their goods.
Any additional taxes, fees or other charges required to clear the parcel through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As a result we will be unable to advise or provide any assistance on these processes.

Standard international shipping with DHL: free
Express shipping with DHL: depending on shipping location between €44,00-€69,50.

Shipping time

Registered airmail worldwide via DHL- 2-3 weeks
Orders are shipped by registered air mail with a tracking code. Shipping from Germany usually take 2-3
weeks, delivery times are estimated, a delay may occur by post, custom or holiday.

Express airmail worldwide via DHL- 2-3 business days (please contact to make sure production time meet your needs)

Standard Domestic Delivery
Items are available for registered shipping within Germany via DHL postal service. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Once we ship your package we will send you an email with a tracking number so you may monitor the status of your package online.


Refund Policy

All jewelry is hand made so there might be a slight difference from the image. Please allow small
imperfections due to the nature of handmade work and the use of natural stones. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange within 14 days of receipt on unworn jewelry.

Jewelry returned must be unworn and unused in its original condition and packaging.
All custom and sale pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges.
Shipping costs will not be returned and it’s the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note: The refund on items made of gold is only 60% of the purchase value.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or
purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
